Highfield Way, Rickmansworth

The existing arrangement of this house had a great deal of wasted space on the first floor. There was a large storage area to the front of the house and the brief was to extend this into a bedroom. The client also wished to extend the existing dormers to create more usable space and light within the bathroom and ensuite shower room.

Planning permission was gained in 2008 and CRA also produced the tender package, with the client managing the build of the bedroom extension, which was completed in 2009
